I started photographing at fifteen and never really stopped. For the last few years, most of that work has been eyewear.

I learned it in a shop, not a studio — which teaches you things a studio doesn't. That the reflection on a lens is half the job. That a face wearing a frame is two subjects at once, and both have to survive the picture. That the best shot of the day usually comes from the person, not from the plan.

Based in Pistoia, Tuscany. I study computer science in Pisa, play in a band, and built this site myself.
